Poggio Diavolino's Apartments
Apartment 1 - Il Mandorlo (the almond tree)
Three-roomed flat, 44 square meters wide, with two bedrooms, a living room with cooking facilities and a bathroom (See map "il Mandorlo").
The apartment is meant to host four people, but a supplementary bed could be added for child under 12 year-old.
The house used to be the oldest building of the whole farm, and it has been completely restructured last year. Some of the original hand-chiseled stones are still visible on the corners of the walls, the door arch and some windows. In front of the house there is also a little terrace, with a view of the plain of Cornia valley.
Rent for day: 110 euros, rent for week: 770 euros.
Apartment 2 - Il Quercione (the big oak)
Three-roomed flat, of 50 square meters, with two double bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, and a bathroom. If needed, a further bed could be put in addition for a child under 12.
The house has just been entirely rebuilt from the ruins of either a small pigsty or a stable. It is close to the main house of the farm, but at the same time surrounded by Mediterranean flora and a nice little oak-wood (See map "il Quercione"). Right in front of the building stands a secular oak, the most ancient and impressive of the whole farm.
Such house is perfectly suitable for large families or for wide-rooms-loving people.
Rent for day: 120 euros, rent for week: 840 euros.
Apartment 3 - La Carraia ("the coach-house")
Two-roomed flat, 39 square meters wide, composed by a living room with sofa bed and cooking facilities, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The house has been rebuilt in 1995, faithfully respecting the original plan of the coach-house that used to be there, with its characteristic rectangular shape (See map "la Carraia").
This house is ideal for families of two-to-four members.
Rent for day: 95 euros, rent for week: 665 euros.
